ONG INCIDENCIA GLOBAL

Civil society unites to contribute to sustainability and social justice on the planet through alternative dispute resolution, technological support and digital empowerment.

GLOBAL INCIDENCE becomes an agent of civil society that catalyzes public-private interaction in the search for the common good, combating climate change and promoting sustainable development.

Strong socio-environmental commitment and partisan political independence.

PROJECTS AND CAMPAIGNS

We develop projects and campaigns for the defense of citizens' rights and socio-environmental justice, as well as projects in public-private partnerships for a rapid transition to a sustainable society, with a focus on the transition to a circular economy.

CAMPAIGN:
SMART CONSUMER

CONTEXT: Currently, SMEs, citizens and consumers are at the end of the value and payment chain, exposed to defaults and delays in their commitments, forcing the increase in cases of insolvency and cessation of payments.

a.

IDENTIFY
CLUSTERS OF INJUSTICE

In partnership with leading consumer complaint organization Reclamos.cl, our goal is to effectively represent millions of consumers by becoming part of online collective mediation to stop or reduce corporate abuse.

b.

COORDINATION
OF VICTIMS

This campaign will be achieved by providing coordination, information and operation tools to those affected. We support consumers with respect to their rights and the means to enforce them.

c.

COORDINATION
WITH COUNTERPART

We have various digital media and communication systems to advise consumers and facilitate meetings with their counterparts for the resolution of conflicts and controversies for the future.

CAMPAIGN:
INTELLIGENT DISPUTE RESOLUTION FORUM

CONTEXT: The COVID-19 public crisis is an extreme global test of our future routine and human survival. Given that "social distancing" is now an imperative in many countries, the transition of citizens to telework (that is, telecommuting) is poised to redo all of these assumptions, both for the current crisis and beyond.

This increase in remote work poses challenges in terms of access to justice, and how technologies can contribute to guaranteeing greater access for all citizens.

SMART NEGOTIATIONS

We support organizations and stakeholders to negotiate and reconcile online. We can help communities mediate a contract conflict with a multinational, a consumer versus supplier dispute, an environmental dispute and / or a public health negotiation with the Government. Is it necessary that all our campaigns, legal cases and negotiations have to be face to face? Not any longer!

ONLINE  NEGOTIATIONS

Technology provides communication tools and solutions that facilitate collective bargaining processes. We incorporate technologies from different suppliers in order to facilitate reconciliation and repair processes. Through these interventions we managed to create the conditions for trust and collaboration between the different actors of life in society.

EXPECTED
OUTCOMES

RISK REDUCTION

Proactively minimize the risk of widespread transmission of COVID-19 by supporting organizations and citizens to resolve their conflicts online.

ACCESS TO JUSTICE

Empower public and private organizations to maintain value chains, as well as jobs and / or improve employee productivity.

BUILD TRUST

From the point of view of global health and safety, we provide opportunity to repair social bonds, favoring long-term relationships and a sustainable society.

PROMOTE COLLABORATION

The incorporation of collective conflict resolution tools strengthens social and economic resilience by rebuilding relationships affected by incidents and breaches.
